Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking two Construction Managers (CM) to join their team for a project at the Malcom Randall Medical Center (MRMC) in Gainesville, FL. This role involves assisting the Corporate Office Representative (COR) in various aspects of construction management, including document review, field inspections, schedule monitoring, and coordination with contractors and architects/engineers. The CM will also support payment application reviews and manage project closeout activities like warranty management. The position ensures compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and VA standards throughout the project lifecycle.
