Description
Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking two Construction Managers (CM) to join their team for a one-year project at the Malcom Randall Medical Center (MRMC) in Gainesville, FL. This role involves assisting the Client Oversight Representative (COR) by reviewing construction documents, conducting field inspections, monitoring project schedules, and coordinating with contractors and the Architect/Engineer (A/E) team. The CM will also support payment application reviews and manage project closeout activities, ensuring compliance with VA standards and overseeing quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
