TTL is hiring a full-time Construction Materials Field Technician for its Tuscaloosa, Alabama office. The role involves monitoring, observing, and sampling construction materials; performing field and laboratory tests and inspections; preparing reports and data sheets; and working with close to moderate supervision. The position pays $18 per hour or more for experienced field workers, offers certifications, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while physical-science or mathematics coursework is preferred; one year of testing experience in soil, concrete, earthwork, and asphalt is also preferred but not required.
