Description
The Construction Materials Technician performs field and laboratory testing, inspections, observations, sample collection, documentation, equipment maintenance, and safety coordination for construction materials such as soil, concrete, asphalt, and steel. The role works across project sites, collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of experience, and a valid driver’s license. ACI certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire, and Nuclear Density Gauge certification is preferred within six months.
