Terracon is opening a new Auburn, Alabama office and is hiring a Materials Testing and Inspection Technician to perform field and laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel. The role involves transporting samples, preparing and submitting reports, communicating with project and client representatives, maintaining equipment and work areas, and supporting scheduling and dispatch. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license, along with relevant materials, facilities, and safety certifications.
