Olsson is hiring a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Field Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control, special inspections, materials testing projects, field staff, budgets, and complex project advice. The role involves field and laboratory testing, geotechnical and construction inspection, client and project-team communication, technical guidance, reporting, proposals, meetings, and safety management across diverse construction sites. Candidates need strong communication, conflict resolution, technical writing, and project management skills, with at least eight years of construction-related experience; project management experience and an associate degree in a construction-related field are preferred.
