Microsoft is hiring a Construction Metro Director to lead the Vaasa Metro portfolio in Finland, overseeing six concurrent hyperscale data center projects through design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. The role establishes delivery strategy and governance, aligns campus and project stakeholders, controls budgets and commercial risk, manages safety, security, quality, and regulatory performance, and develops delivery partners and leadership. The position is primarily site-based, may require support at multiple locations, and requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, English fluency, and Microsoft security screening. The typical base pay range in Finland is €105,700 to €201,500 per year.
