Microsoft is hiring a Construction Metro Director to lead construction project management across multiple datacenter and campus projects in Middenmeer, Netherlands. The role establishes delivery strategy and governance, aligns stakeholders, controls budgets and commercial performance, manages safety, security, quality, regulatory, and risk performance, and develops project leadership and delivery capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field with significant related experience or equivalent experience, datacenter or similar project experience, and business fluency in English; Dutch fluency is preferred. The typical base pay range is €131,400 to €265,600 per year, and applications are accepted until the position is filled.
