Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Construction Observation Specialist to support land development projects through field observation of utility installation, grading, drainage, and pavement construction. The role coordinates with project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies; reviews project conditions; prepares reports and correspondence; maintains field logs; and monitors construction progress and compliance. A construction management degree or high school diploma with relevant experience is preferred, along with construction observation or related experience, familiarity with erosion and pavement practices, engineering-plan interpretation, communication, organizational, and driving skills.
