P2S|CMTA is hiring a full-time Construction Observer for a 24-month contract in Santa Monica, California, working onsite Monday through Friday. The role provides continuous field observation, documentation, coordination, safety monitoring, progress tracking, and closeout support for wastewater pump station rehabilitation and reservoir improvement projects. Candidates need 3–5 years of progressive experience in construction inspection, construction observation, or field engineering, along with knowledge of civil construction, SWPPP, traffic control, construction codes, Procore or similar software, and field reporting. The position pays $85,000–$110,000 annually and does not offer visa sponsorship.
