Solar Energy Solutions is hiring a Construction On-Site Superintendent to oversee solar energy construction projects. The role manages on-site activities, subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, safety and code compliance, project documentation, budgets, and crew supervision while coordinating with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers. Candidates need prior construction superintendent experience, knowledge of construction methods and codes, blueprint-reading ability, OSHA familiarity, and a valid driver's license; electrical licensing and renewable-energy or solar construction experience are advantages. The position offers hourly or salaried compensation, bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, a company 401K, and per diem for travel.
