Micron Technology is hiring a Construction Operations Lead to advise the Senior Director of Front End US Expansion Construction and support major expansion projects in Idaho and New York. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into execution, leading leadership operating rhythms, developing executive communications and dashboards, coordinating cross-functional partners, and driving governance, risk resolution, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of construction, program management, capital projects, business operations, strategic planning, or related experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor manufacturing experience, an MBA or advanced degree, PMP or similar certification, executive leadership experience, and advanced Microsoft 365 and reporting-system proficiency.
