CGI Constructors is hiring a full-time Construction Operations Manager in Winnipeg to lead and oversee active construction projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout. The role manages regional construction programs, project schedules, budgets, quality, EHS, staffing, resources, profitability, reporting, risk, and relationships with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction management experience or equivalent technical training and experience, including 5+ years of supervisory experience, along with knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, cost control, safety, and building practices.
