Erickson-Hall Construction Co. is hiring a full-time Construction Operations Manager to oversee multiple public works and educational construction projects across Orange County and Los Angeles, California. The role leads field operations, project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other resources; monitors schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and financial performance; develops high-performance teams; and improves operational processes. The position requires 10–15 years of progressive construction operations experience, strong project management and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $140,000–$192,000, with employee stock ownership, profit sharing, employer-paid health and dental premiums, retirement contributions, and other benefits.
