Description
The Construction Operations Manager supports Superintendents and Foremen across multiple projects by coordinating trade labor hiring, transfers, and layoffs; assigning field assignments; reviewing schedules; documenting field issues; overseeing resource allocation and quality assurance; identifying self-perform opportunities; managing safety and trade progression programs; and supporting pre-construction logistics and operational plans. The role reports to the Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager.
