Description
The Team Lead will supervise a production crew servicing and repairing modular buildings, coordinate schedules and assignments, verify quality, perform preventative maintenance and construction work, and lead safety, training, and productivity efforts. The role requires at least 4–6 years of construction or related-industry experience, the ability to read construction documents and work outdoors, manual-tool proficiency, physical labor, and a valid driver’s license; Spanish fluency and experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or team oversight are preferred.
