Construction Payroll Specialist at Skillforce

The Construction Payroll Specialist will process weekly payroll for field and office employees in a construction environment, verify timecards and labor hours, audit GPS and time-tracking data, maintain prevailing-wage compliance, prepare certified payroll reports, calculate deductions and taxes, reconcile discrepancies, and support audits and month-end reporting. The role is full-time and in-office in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with compensation of up to $25 per hour. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of payroll support experience in construction, prevailing-wage knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.
