The Construction People Based Quality (PBQ) Site Lead will report to the Lead Quality Control Engineer and support and coordinate the People Based Quality program for Project Cardinal. Responsibilities include supporting craft-to-craft observations, action items, training and development of craft PBQ Volunteer members, evaluating metrics, maintaining observation dashboards, and tracking progress on PBQ focus areas and trends.
