The role is responsible for independent project execution, planning meetings, tender invitations, contract negotiations, coordination with executing parties and construction management, specialist site supervision, acceptance walkthroughs, and meeting minutes. It requires relevant technical training, several years of professional experience, German language skills, knowledge of standards and building regulations, a class B driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.
