Description
The Construction Project Manager leads new construction and renovation projects from preconstruction through construction completion, coordinating schedules, costs, contractors, consultants, design teams, site meetings, change proposals, payments, and risk mitigations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field, 5–7 years of new-construction project management experience in New York City, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The pay range is $130,000–$140,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits.
