Description
Rockland Trust is hiring a Construction Portfolio Manager to support and monitor its commercial and residential construction loan portfolio. The credit-oriented role administers construction loans in the Construct platform, coordinates funding requisitions and inspections, reviews budgets and project documentation, evaluates construction advances, identifies project risks, manages workflows and third-party inspectors, handles title and lien reviews, and communicates with borrowers, loan officers, lending teams, and loan operations. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills, construction knowledge or construction credit experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
