Description
The role manages strategic and operational subcontractor procurement for turnkey building projects across estimating and execution phases. Responsibilities include coordinating tenders for interior fit-out, roofing, and façade trades; reviewing tender documents and bids; defining construction scope and cost optimization opportunities; negotiating contracts and prices; and monitoring the market and procurement strategies. The position requires a construction-related degree or technician training, knowledge of VOB and German contract law, MS Office skills, and experience with estimating and bill-of-quantities programs. It is based in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
