AECOM is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a major project in the Chicago, Illinois area, including Indiana. The role oversees program activities, provides technical leadership and strategic direction, manages program risk and financial delivery, supports talent development and workforce planning, and advocates for safe and ethical working practices. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of related experience, with preferred experience in project, program, or construction management and large advanced manufacturing, technology, or corporate-sector clients. Sponsorship is not available, and the role requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
