AECOM is hiring an experienced Program Manager to support a major project in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role oversees program activities, provides technical leadership and strategic direction, manages risk, supports innovation and workforce planning, and is accountable for the financial success and delivery of the program management agreement. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least eight years of related experience, with preferred experience in project, program, or construction management and large-sector clients. Sponsorship is not available, and the role requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
