Description

Artech is hiring a remote Construction Program Manager 3 to support the AMERS Lease Construction and Fitout Program. The role manages multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, establishes accountability, monitors progress and risk, and ensures commitments are completed. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, five years of program or project management experience, experience with complex capital projects, and knowledge of construction and integration systems. The position is W2 at $85 to $90 per hour and may extend for up to 18 months, with a future opportunity for full-time conversion.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of relevant program and/or project management experience
Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects, programs, initiatives, or workstreams
Experience supporting data center, construction, infrastructure, engineering, integration, or other complex capital-project environments
Experience working within a matrixed organization involving multiple functions, stakeholders, and competing priorities
