Amazon is hiring a Construction Program Manager to oversee nationwide programs of new builds, retrofits, expansions, and facilities initiatives for Amazon Customer Fulfillment facilities in North America. The role integrates construction engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management; coordinates with design, construction, procurement, customer leadership, and regulatory stakeholders; and manages budgets, schedules, risks, quality, safety, and project changes. The position requires more than 60% national travel and availability to work from a corporate office, with candidates expected to live near or relocate to the office. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in construction disciplines, project management, and contract negotiation, along with AutoCAD or BIM and scheduling software proficiency.
