Description
The Program Manager will provide technical, programmatic, and management support for the Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) Program at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The role supports the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction, Public Works, and Government leadership through Integrated Master Schedule analysis, risk and schedule issue resolution, project integration, contract award feasibility reviews, documentation, and participation in government meetings and workshops. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field, at least five years of comparable program management experience, a current U.S. Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license, and U.S. citizenship.
