Description
Messer is hiring a Construction Program Manager to oversee and support the development and implementation of construction programs for capital projects in Project Engineering and Execution Americas. The role manages outsourced construction resources, develops plant construction practices, supports project definition and execution strategies, participates in safety and commissioning readiness processes, develops construction supervision training, and oversees QA/QC and individual plant construction efforts. The position requires a degree or apprenticeship in an appropriate field, 10 years of construction-related experience in the chemical process industries or a relevant industry, construction safety knowledge, and QA/QC expertise. The salary range is $118,000 to $157,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
