Intrinsic Development is hiring a Construction Project Accountant to manage the finances for specific building projects. The role handles budgets, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs; processes invoices and AIA progress billings; monitors cost variances; prepares job-cost and variance reports; supports month-end closings; and ensures proper coding, documentation, audits, and compliance. The position requires at least two years of construction or job-cost accounting experience, strong construction cost-accounting knowledge, accounting software proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of construction contracts and billing methods.
