Description

The Construction Services Project Administrator supports the Project Management team by managing project budgets, cost coding, subcontractor and supplier invoices, monthly billings, financial reports, document controls, submittals, RFIs, subcontractor commitments, travel, meetings, and general project correspondence. The role reports to the Project Manager and serves as the client contact when the Project Manager is unavailable. It requires Procore experience or the ability to learn quickly, an associate degree or equivalent, at least four years of construction Project Administrator experience, and at least two years of accounting experience, along with proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office.
