Description
Intrinsic Development is hiring a Construction Project Analyst to manage the finances for specific building projects. The role handles budgets, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs; processes invoices and AIA progress billings; monitors cost variances; prepares job-cost and variance reports; supports month-end closings; and performs audits and internal or external reviews. The position requires at least two years of construction or job cost accounting experience, knowledge of construction cost accounting and AIA billing methods, accounting software proficiency, strong Excel skills, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.
