Structures is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager to lead hardscape construction projects while also driving revenue growth and business development. The role combines project management duties—budgeting, scheduling, client communication, quality and safety oversight, and closeout—with sales responsibilities such as quota achievement, client relationship management, contract negotiation, and proposal development. The position is based near Salt Lake City, Utah, with a hybrid office and field schedule, up to 40% national travel, and compensation starting at $60,000 base plus commission.
