BRN Constructora is seeking a Construction Project Controller to analyze and approve material and labor requests, prepare and control construction schedules, plan purchasing and contracting activities, monitor production and project performance, analyze variances, audit contracts, manage balances and amendments, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop corrective actions for schedule and cost deviations.
