Construction Project Controller at C&S Companies

C&S Companies is hiring a Project Controller to manage project accounting for its construction business. Reporting to the Director of Accounting & Finance, the role oversees accounts receivable and invoicing, work-in-progress reporting, job costing, revenue recognition, regulatory reporting, financial consolidation, audit support, accounting process improvement, performance metrics, and staff management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management, 5–8 years of relevant construction experience, strong construction accounting knowledge, and strong Excel skills; construction certification and Sage Intacct experience are preferred. Compensation is estimated at $90,000–$100,000 per year.
