The role supports public-sector building construction projects by contributing to tenders, coordinating contract awards, and managing costs, schedules, quality, and public funding applications. Candidates need a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, at least three years of relevant project-planning, general-planning, construction-management, or project-control experience, knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and AHO, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, flexibility, and German language skills at C2 level.
