Description
The client is seeking a Construction Project Controller / Construction Project Management professional to coordinate project development, procurement procedures, implementation concepts, project management, documentation, stakeholder management, and presentations for new-build and renovation projects. The role is based in Hamburg and can be full-time or part-time, with permanent status and a mobile-office option. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering with a construction focus, experience managing complex construction projects across service phases 1–9, and strong knowledge of HOAI, AHO, and construction and procurement law.
