Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support a Program Manager and multiple Project Managers on a large-scale bank branch construction program across the Southeast United States. The role coordinates activities, documentation, reporting, budgets, vendors, risks, issues, and change requests across concurrent ground-up retail construction projects, while supporting project setup, closeout, compliance, and executive reporting. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project-management skills, offers occasional travel of up to 10–20%, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
