Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Construction Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role manages construction contracts, bonding documentation, AIA billing, Schedule of Values, retainage, project records, Buildertrend systems, and coordination among project managers, contractors, municipalities, vendors, and clients. Candidates need commercial construction contract experience, AIA billing and payment application experience, Schedule of Values experience, bonding knowledge, and strong Excel and organizational skills; Buildertrend, CRM, construction project management software, bookkeeping, and construction financial reporting experience are preferred.
