Description
The Construction Project Coordinator supports the development of healthcare facility projects from inception through close-out, coordinating outsourced construction management, architectural, and general contractor firms; managing special projects, procurement, budgets, project meetings, job walks, CAD drawings, equipment and furnishing tracking, and staff or personnel relocation. The role requires at least three years of healthcare facility construction and renovation experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a vocational or technical construction management or project management diploma, or a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
