Description
Rocket Lab is hiring a Construction Project Director to lead large-scale aerospace construction and facilities projects from concept and design through commissioning. The role oversees capital planning, budgets, schedules, permitting, procurement, contractor management, safety, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional delivery for manufacturing, test, R&D, and mission-critical infrastructure. Candidates need 12+ years of progressive construction project management experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects and experience delivering $20M–$200M+ capital projects. The position offers a base salary of $170,000–$215,000 USD for Maryland-only employment and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
