Artech is hiring a Construction Project Engineer 3 in Phoenix, Arizona, to support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. The role focuses on project turnover and operational handover, maintaining traceable construction records, tracking submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, O&M manuals, commissioning records, and closeout documentation, and coordinating with construction, design, commissioning, general contractor, vendor, and operations stakeholders. The position requires five years of relevant construction support experience, familiarity with electronic document management systems, and the ability to work directly for Artech on W2.
