cGMP Consulting is hiring a Construction Project Manager to support the development of cost estimates, review plans and technical documents, monitor costs and schedules, manage RFIs and change orders, coordinate permits and safety documentation, and assist with project closeout. The role requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, along with MS Office proficiency, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. The position offers an expected annual salary of $80,000-$100,000 USD and medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K benefits.
