Description
Microsoft is hiring a Construction Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and closeout of large-scale construction projects. The role coordinates meetings, vendors, engineering site visits, and cross-functional activities; manages project repositories and documentation; supports EHS and risk activities; monitors vendor performance and contract compliance; and provides progress data and KPIs. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of related experience, three years on large-scale complex ICI construction projects, three years of local regional project experience, and experience with substantial completion and closeout of at least one large-scale complex construction project. Preferred qualifications include eight or more years of related experience and seven or more years on data center projects. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 97,600 to USD 188,400 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
