Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support a Western Federal Lands Highway Division multi-award, multi-year contract providing construction management services across federal highway and bridge projects in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. The role covers preconstruction, construction, and post-construction oversight, including schedule and submittal review, contractor operations, quality assurance, environmental compliance, materials testing, progress estimates, contract modifications, closeout, and stakeholder coordination. The position requires a licensed civil engineer or relevant civil engineering or construction management education, at least five years of on-site project administration experience, and the ability to travel to remote substation locations.
