Perlo Construction is hiring a full-time Commercial Construction Project Engineer to support complex commercial construction projects from initial planning through final closeout in Cherokee, Alabama. The role combines technical project coordination, blueprint and specification review, submittal and change-order management, cost tracking, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, client communication, quality control, and project closeout. The position requires at least five years of related commercial construction experience, onsite work with regular travel to active jobsites, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam. Compensation is $90,000-$135,000 annually, with benefits and mentorship opportunities.
