Description
SOCOTEC is hiring a Construction Project Engineer to manage technical control assignments for construction and real estate projects from design through handover. The role covers risk prevention, regulatory compliance, structural and other technical diagnostics, site inspections, reporting, financial monitoring, client follow-up, and business development. The engineer reports to the Director of the Construction & Immobilier Agency in Nice or Valbonne and requires at least five years of construction technical control experience. The gross annual fixed salary is €45,000 to €50,000, with a business-development bonus capped at two months’ salary per year.
