The role covers risk prevention, regulatory compliance, technical reporting, site verification, stakeholder liaison, financial monitoring, client follow-up, and business development. Candidates should have an engineering background such as ESTP, INSA, or a Bac+5 degree in Construction, along with technical and regulatory building-sector competencies; civil engineering, building, or construction experience is desired. The position offers an annual gross base salary of €36,000 to €52,000 plus a commercial-development bonus capped at two months’ salary.
