SOCOTEC is hiring a Construction Business Manager Engineer in Besançon to manage technical control assignments for real-estate projects, including design review, risk prevention, regulatory compliance, on-site verification, reporting, and liaison with architects, engineering offices, and contractors. The role also covers financial follow-up, commercial development, client advice, and client retention. Candidates need an engineering degree or a bachelor’s plus 3/4 degree with relevant civil engineering, building, construction, or architecture experience, along with technical and regulatory building-sector skills. The fixed salary is €36,000–€55,000 plus a commercial-development bonus capped at two months’ salary.
