Tucker Paving, Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Engineer – Construction in Winter Haven, Florida, to support Project Managers with the administration and oversight of multiple construction projects. The role includes budgeting, cost coding, permitting, compliance, subcontractor and vendor coordination, schedule and inventory management, reporting, risk evaluation, and communication with stakeholders. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of construction project management experience, blueprint-reading ability, and knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture principles; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.
