SOCOTEC is hiring a Construction Client Account Engineer to own technical control, risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and financial follow-up for construction and real estate projects from design through delivery. The role reviews project files, verifies sites, prepares technical reports, coordinates with architects, engineering offices, contractors, and project owners, and supports commercial development and client retention. It is based in the Montpellier metropolitan area, reports to the Construction & Real Estate Agency Director, and offers a fixed gross annual salary of €43,000 to €55,000 plus a capped commercial development bonus.
